In May 2009, amidst the blooming flowers, Jiangsu Lepon Company was born. At that time, the competition in the electric tool industry was fierce, and the Guangtianfen Electric Tool Industrial Park gathered nearly 200 electric tool manufacturing enterprises.

Lepon Company is anchored in the field of industrial grade electric tools, with product quality as its core, adhering to the development concept of "serving the world and benefiting society", integrating the research and development, production, and sales of electric tool machines and their spare parts, and striving to provide every customer with perfect and reliable products. With full enthusiasm and an indomitable spirit, the company's general manager Cui Xiaojun can work with the directors to paint the floor in the workshop late at night, allowing everyone to experience the hardships and joys of entrepreneurship together.

The company is not arrogant or impatient, forging ahead with determination. In 2020, Jiangsu FLINT M&T Co., Ltd was established and the eponymous brand FLINT was founded to cope with the rapidly changing market choices and competitive environment. In February 2024, Flint moved to a new factory area, feeling both excited and deeply responsible.

Under the leadership of leader Cui Xiaojun, the company adheres to technological innovation and continuously increases investment in standardization laboratories. The technical personnel of the R&D department have overcome difficulties, devoted themselves to research, and conducted on-site inspections of regional characteristics in various countries. Gradually, they have launched the remarkable FLINT brand industrial grade full Series products, and obtained 39 CCC certifications and patent certificates. The appearance of all products in the Series is independently developed by our company, and the design is more user-friendly.
